Return Policy

SBKshop.com will not accept returned goods without approval via a RMA number.

Requests must be made within 10 days from receipt of goods. Refused orders and/or returns made without exchanges shall be subject to a 20% restocking/handling charge. Merchandise must be returned pre-paid.  We simply cannot refund shipping charges for any return or exchanges.

All returned merchandise must be in its original, new, unused, and include its original undamaged packaging, attached tags, instructions, etc.  Please try to ship the item back in its original packaging to ensure your return is not damaged.  

All returns or exchanges must be received within 10 business days from the date the RMA number is issued.
